MEET AMANDA TALARICO
I was born and raised in Thunder Bay along the rugged north shores of Lake Superior. Ever since I could hold a pencil, I would create works of art. I was introduced to the charcoal medium in my teen years, and from there I began making a reputation for myself as realism artist, capturing the true depth and emotion of an image. I am currently exploring new artistic mediums, including soft pastels, watercolour and acrylic paint, but charcoal is and always will be a core part of my artistic career.
Custom Commissions
I offer an array of custom commission options to suit your needs, as well as prints and original framed art pieces. I specialize in portraits, animal or person, but am open to all subject matter as long as a source material is provided (high resolution photograph is preferred).
Once I approve of the source material, we will choose a size that you would like.
My sizes and prices for sketch paper are as follows

Pastel

Canvas sizes and prices to be determined upon request.
A 50% non refundable deposit is required prior to start. Cash or etransfer payment is accepted.
Once the commission is complete, I will contact you to ensure the final product is perfect. The completed drawing will then be set in setting spray to ensure durability, prevent smudging, and will not dust into framework over time. We will then arrange a pick up or delivery day and time. Delivery is an additional charge.
